About the instructor
Dr. Safaa Zaman received her BS and MS from Kuwait University in 1999 and 2004, and her Ph.D in Computer Engineering from Waterloo University in 2009. Dr. Safaa worked as Senior Technical trainer and consultant at Kuwait University and many private sectors. She is currently Assistant Professor in Information Sciences at Kuwait University. She was on the faculty of Public Authority for Applied Education & Training, College of Technological Studies during 2003-2005. Her Research focuses on Information Privacy, Network Security, Intelligent Systems for assisted secure communication, robustness of social networks and recovery systems, and the security of iCloud. Dr. Safaa is a senior member of IEEE and a professional member of the ACM.
